How We Handle Customers' Personal Information

Mitsuike Corporation is well aware of the importance of protecting our customers' personal information, and will collect and manage the personal information as follows:
- [1] Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
- Mitsuike will collect customers' personal information only when our intention is clear and for the following purposes:
- 1. To discuss business/meetings with the customer
- 2. To implement the business assigned by the customer to our company
- 3. To contact employment candidates - to send company brochures and materials or to set an interview date, for example
- 4. To reply to customers who have made inquiries
- 5. To send important or useful information to Mitsuike customers
- 6. To implement any activities/services related to the items above
- [2] Disclosure of Personal Information
- Mitsuike will not use retained personal information for purposes other than those listed above, or disclose or supply it to a third party (except when mandatory by the law).
- [3] Protection of Personal Information
- Mitsuike will place retained personal information under strict safety control and will make every effort to protect the information from unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration or leakage. In the case of accidental disclosure or a breakdown in the system, however, immediate countermeasures will be taken, to correct the situation to make sure such an incident does not happen again.

- Mitsuike will assign a manager who is responsible for the management of retained personal information, to ensure that the collection, usage and protection will be carried out in an appropriate and safe manner.
