The transferred line is one of the methods for manufacturing from several thousands to several tens of thousands of a single part per month, and this line is Mitsuikeﾕs main equipment. In the stamping process, a part is completed through multiple dies. In the past, we manually transferred parts from one process to another. With this equipment, molds for several processes are arranged within a single stamping machine to enable an integrated manufacture of parts while performing automatic transfer using machines for all processes, covering material feeding to product finishing. The result is a significantly shortened manufacturing time and enhanced labor saving. |
