History

1940 Mitsuike Corporation was first established in Shimo-Sueyoshi cho, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama. Capital was 195,000 yen.
1943 Mitsuike Corporation became an affiliated company of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and began manufacturing auto parts.
1965 The Yokohama Plant (No.1) was built in Totsuka-ku, Yokohama.
New machines for the large press lines and die facility were introduced and a full-scale mass production system was established.
1972 The Yokohama Plant (No.2) was build to promote systematic delivery operations.
1976 Established Katsuyama Press Industry Co., Ltd. (presently Unipres Kyushu Corporation) a joint company, in Katsuyama-cho, Kyoto-gun, Fukuoka.
1995 Established our wholly owned Tochigi Mitsuike Co., Ltd., in Minami-Omachi, Ashikaga, Tochigi.
1997 At the Yokohama Plant (No.2), a new assembly facility was built.
1998 All plants acquired ISO 9002 certification.
2000 All plants acquired ISO 9001 certification.
2002 Negotiated an exclusive contract with Availvs Corporation to sell the new material "Availvs" to the automotive industry.
All plants acquired ISO 14001 certification
Bought the exclusive right from Availvs Corporation to sell their new material "Availvs" to the automotive industry.
2003
  1. All plants acquired ISO9001:2000 certification.
2004
  1. Established the Guangzhou Mitsuike Corporation in Guangzhou, China.
2005
  1. Bought Nikkei Industry Co., Ltd. to enhance its die/mold facilities.
2006
  1. The Moka Plant of Tochigi Mitsuike Co., Ltd. began manufacturing auto parts. 

Established the AAPICO Mitsuike (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Ayuthaya, Thailand.

2007
  1. Transferred the Tochigi Mitsuike Moka Plant to Mitsuike Corporation, and it then, became the Moka Plant of Mitsuike Corporation.
2010 Returned the capital ratio of Unipres Kyushu to Unipres Corporation.
